Enjoying Aging Anti-Spam Policy
Enjoying Aging encourages you to use our service as long as you abide by the Enjoying Aging Terms of Service and Enjoying Aging’s prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities. The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms of Service and Enjoying Aging's Universal Spam Policy:
Certain Enjoying Aging services may have additional spam guidelines explaining appropriate conduct for those services. Those additional policies are incorporated by reference into the Enjoying Aging Spam Policy. It is the user's responsibility to check each property's guidelines for additional details regarding spam.
Violations of our Terms of Service or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your Enjoying Aging ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, email accounts, clubs, posts, home pages, and profiles. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through Enjoying Aging computer systems. Enjoying Aging does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.
NOTICE: Sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through Enjoying Aging computer systems will use or cause to be used Enjoying Aging servers located in Florida. Any unauthorized use of Enjoying Aging computer systems is a violation of the Enjoying Aging Terms of Service, Spam Policy, and certain federal and state laws. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.
We pay a lot of attention to spam you report to us. It gives us tools to disrupt the latest tricks and techniques that spammer individuals and spammer companies are using to try to evade our filters.
Reports of spam originating from an Enjoying Aging Mail account (i.e., user@EnjoyingAging.com) receive our special attention. Since spamming is expressly prohibited in Enjoying Aging Terms of Service, any account caught spamming will be cancelled.
If you change your mind or think you made a mistake, just look for the next message from that sender in your Bulk folder and click Not Spam to continue receiving messages.
